Among a variety of dishes you will get familiar with the danish openfaced sandwich “smørrebrød” served on ryebread. The New Nordic Kitchen and learn how to bake the danish afternoon cake “kringle”. It’s fun, it’s informative, it’s a cosy and tasty way to learn about Denmark and the Danes. Wine, beer, homemade elderflower limonade, coffee and tea are included on a limited basis.
